BODY RECEIVING

The body receiving area is designed for admitting and discharging bodies in a private setting. Doors at both ends allow up to two vehicles at a time to enter and leave the facility without the need to back up at any time. A hoist is available to assist in the transfer of bodies from the vehicles to the autopsy carts. The receiving area is also designed to act as a decontamination station with the ability to retain all wastewater in a holding tank.
