Michael joined Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC in the fall of 2010. He has over 30 years experience in a career devoted to contracting with private companies, and foreign and domestic governments, at all levels, for the provision of healthcare services. He has served in senior legal and business development roles for public companies operating medical-surgical and psychiatric hospitals and providing managed healthcare plans. Most recently he served for ten years as CEO of a public company providing correctional healthcare under outsourcing models. Michael graduated from Emory University College with honors and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and School of Foreign Service with distinction. He is a member of the California and Tennessee State Bar Associations.

Dr. McMaster currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC as well as the Chief Medical Examiner for Davidson County, Nashville, TN. Dr. McMaster is a member of the National Association of Medical Examiners and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomical Pathology, Clinical Pathology, and Forensic Pathology.
James Farris Ed. D.

Jim joined Forensic Medical Management Services in April of 2011. He has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. Recently he served as the Chief Development Officer for a large multispecialty oncology practice. Jim has served in leadership positions in academic medicine, for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals and a private medical practice. He also serves as an adjunct Professor at Cumberland University. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Doctorate of Education and his Masters of Science degrees from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Dr. Karen Chancellor

Dr. Chancellor currently serves as the Chief Medical Examiner for the Memphis & Shelby County Regional Forensic Center, Forensic Medical Memphis. Dr. Chancellor also serves as a Tennessee Deputy State Medical Examiner for Western Tennessee and is an Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences. Dr. Chancellor is a member of the Tennessee Medical Association and the National Association of Medical Examiners. She is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Forensic Pathology and Neuropathology.
Fran Wheatley, B.S., M.A.

Ms. Wheatley has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC since it's beginning in 1997. During this time she has served as the Director of Investigations in Nashville, Administrator of the Shelby County contract and currently as the Administrator of the Davidson County Contract. Fran has a BS in Forensic Science and received a Masters Degree in Anthropology from the University of TN, Knoxville. Fran currently serves on the board of directors for the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators, (A.B.M.D.I.)
Matt Martin, CPA

Mr. Martin joined the Company in May of 2010. He is responsible for the company's accounting and financial operations. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Adam Howell

Adam has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC for over 5 years and has been instrumental in the growth our Information Technology department. Adam is a CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ Certified IT Professional. He is responsible for managing, maintaining, and directing the company's network infrastructure and telecommunications systems and supports technical services for the Nashville and Memphis locations.

Bill has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC for 5 years. Bill is responsible for managing the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for the Nashville and Memphis locations. Bill works closely with outside vendors to coordinate employee benefits and employment law practices; organizational planning and development, recruitment, orientation and training, employee relations, safety and health, and employee services. Bill is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management.
Lisa Robison

Mrs. Robison has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC since its beginning in 1997 and also serves as the Assistant to the State Medical Examiner. Lisa is responsible for the clerical functions of the Nashville office and works closely with the State Health Department and State Vital Records Division, as well as many Tennessee County Medical Examiners.
Denise Martin, B.S., D-ABMDI

Mrs. Martin has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC for over 7 years. Denise has previously worked as a Forensic Technician and a Medicolegal Death Investigator. She has served as both the Director of Technical Services and Director of Investigations during her career. As Director for Investigations and Technical Services, Denise oversees the 24/7 department of 10 Medicolegal Death Investigators as well as providing managerial support to the Technical Department. Denise has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's of Criminal Justice.
Sean Lester, D-ABMDI

Sean has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC since 2006 and oversees the 24/7 Department of 6 ABMDI-Certified Investigators at the Memphis location. Sean worked with the Memphis Police Department and at the Regional Forensic Center prior to 2006. Sean has been instrumental in establishing effective relationships with various law enforcement agencies in West Tennessee, and serving as a liaison to the local healthcare community in Memphis and Shelby County.
Larry Barker, A. A.
Mortuary Science, Chief Autopsy Technician

Larry has been with Forensic Medical Management Services, PLC for 7 years and manages the entire technical services department at the Nashville location. Larry is a graduate of John A. Gupton School with an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science.
